I showed up for a “soft” brake pedal, and was told to wait. Around the 2 hour mark, the service advisor came and told me that the tech had found nothing wrong with the car, and offered to take me back th wait. Around the 2 hour mark, the service advisor came and told me that the tech had found nothing wrong with the car, and offered to take me back there to speak to him. When I spoke to the tech, he told me he didn’t think the pedal was too squishy, and maybe it’s a “Ford thing”. He then told me to go and have a second opinion at another dealer. At this point I was upset because I feel like my brakes are on the dangerous side, and felt like I was unjustified. The service advisor seemed visibly upset, and proceeded to take me to the cashier. I was charged $110 and told to take my car elsewhere, and maybe the warranty company will refund my money. I will not be returning to Hudson Chrysler. More
