The scheduled repairs to our Journey needed additional work. I was told the the technician that did the initial assess was not a master level tech and he missed the work needed to completely the work prop work. I was told the the technician that did the initial assess was not a master level tech and he missed the work needed to completely the work properly. The additional work will cost another $1000. We spent $1250 and our problem have not been resolved. More

It took almost 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation i had an apointment and said i have a couple issues and i was told no we can't look at those issues you will have to make another appintmen rotation i had an apointment and said i have a couple issues and i was told no we can't look at those issues you will have to make another appintment this os poor customer service if you ask me i bought this car from this dealer and they can't even look at the extra i asked about this is a brand bew car it is obvious they don't care about there customers More
