Hannah in sales was great, very accommodating to my schedule. But the finance department was terrible. I had my own financing, all the paperwork needed, and they still had issues with how my lender was schedule. But the finance department was terrible. Waited for the service work to be done over 3 1/2 hour went to get the car the problems that they worked on were still there, heated seat and TPMS module still were not working. Tom said he would call me went to get the car the problems that they worked on were still there, heated seat and TPMS module still were not working.
