I bought my new Ram about a month ago. My first night with the truck I found out that the driver side taillight was not working. I brought the truck to the service department first thing the next mornin with the truck I found out that the driver side taillight was not working. I brought the truck to the service department first thing the next morning Mackenzie seemed put off that I did not make an appointment. I explained it was a brand new truck (less than 12 hours old) and got the we will get to it when we can. However, zero priority was given to repairing the issue on a brand new truck! To further my frustration my truck was not repaired that day! My truck sat at the dealership for an extra day for what ended up being a quick repair! When I bought my new Ram I purchased a spray in bedliner and an Access cover. The bedliner material was on back order so I needed to wait a month to get this done. When the material came in I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday morning and was told that the bedliner was completed by Wednesday afternoon and that the cover would not be installed on Wednesday to make sure it had time to cure. Thursday morning I got a text from Mackenzie in service to let me know that my truck was there. After waiting a month again zero priority given because the cover was not installed on Thursday! On Friday after hearing nothing I stopped into the dealership to find out what was taking so long? Finally on Friday afternoon I got a text that my truck was done! All in all thanks to Mackenzie's unwillingness to accommodate repairing an issue on a brand new truck and installing items that a customer waited a month on I lost 3 days of use of my truck! If you have not made an appointment don't talk to Mackenzie! I was so displeased with the level of service that I received I took the complimentary oil change card that I received and gave it to the General Manager to inform him that I would not be getting any other service done on my vehicle there even when it is free! More
