Every time we have brought our three Chrysler vehicles for service the staff we interact with are all friendly and helpful. We might save some money finding a local private shop but we find the confidenc for service the staff we interact with are all friendly and helpful. I had a radiator leak and cross contaminate with transmission fluid. The radiator was replaced and the both coolant and transmission fluid were flushed twice, but it wasn’t enough at the time. I started having transmission noise and went back 4 months after to find that my transmission fluid was still contaminated. I trusted that my fluids systems were cleaned and all set, and wouldn’t have known until there was a problem. More
