Drinks (soda, water, and coffee, with good creamer) were available and complimentary. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Last, but definitely not least, the staff was amazing from check-in with Miranda to check out. Miranda was very personable and friendly. Gave great recommendation on food in the area. I love my used car and highly recommend Hunter, my salesman! He kept in constant contact and is very knowledge and accommodating. Michael, finance man, was great and worked to get my payments where I needed them and was easy to work with. They took care of all issues, as promised, and checked to make sure I was satisfied - truly a great dealership with a great staff! More

I found the Service Advisor who checked me in to be rude and disinterested in anything remotely resembling quality customer service. I had an appointment at 1000am, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, and was and disinterested in anything remotely resembling quality customer service. I had an appointment at 1000am, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, and was informed that my oil change and tire rotation would take 1 & 1/2 hours to 2 hours. The. Service Advisor became irritable to the point of being hostile by me having the audacity to ask her why it would take so long, considering I had an appointment. I've had my car serviced at this Hudson Nissan since 2016, but I will be looking for a new shop going forward. More
