I've gotten two oil changes and they've yet to rotate my tires. I was told to come back on the weekend and get it done, when I showed up they told me it would be an hour wait. Over 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculously long. If you can’t get people in and out in a reasonable time (like an hour to hour and 15 minutes) than don’t have so many slots available. When I told him to check the car fax report, he responded with they don’t always check the car fax and just assumed I needed a new filter. Lastly, your bathrooms were filthy.
