I came in for an oil change and warranty repair for my driver's side sun visor. Kenny was very helpful in getting me squared away with my oil change and Rose was very helpful in getting my visor replaced driver's side sun visor. One note to mention, when I got home I noticed a screw missing from my airbox where the engine air filter is. I called Kenny and he was able to remedy the issue quickly by finding another screw and had his team put it in when I brought it back. I brought my Jeep in for possible warranty work when part of one fender came loose. They told me the fender was damaged and needed to be replaced at a cost of about $500. I took it to a body shop instead whe of one fender came loose. They told me the fender was damaged and needed to be replaced at a cost of about $500.
