I recently had my car serviced with huffines in plano they did a great job fixing my car, they fixed my AC, I have a full maintenance package and it covered all charges minus the deductible, the warranty they did a great job fixing my car, they fixed my AC, I have a full maintenance package and it covered all charges minus the deductible, the warranty also covers car rental, they took me to Enterprise up the street, i ad the car for a few days and returned it on a full tank, i have the gas receipt to prove it, ENTRERPRISE OVER CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A GAS CHARGE, i called them twice and they haven't returned my call, i explained to both of the agents the car was returned on a full tank i have gas receipt from that morning, to prove it, and they haven't return the overcharge. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE ON PLANO PARKWAY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! More

We have had a 2016 Dodge Ram in their shop for 8 weeks now. The ignition key was sticking and they admit they stuck a screwdriver in the key receptical to try and move it in their shop. I little patience would have made a world of difference. They keep telling us that the key has to be laser cut in Germany and they have no control as to when it will be recieved. Promises for dates have been missed and now they wont return my call. During one of several conversations they also admitted that they have numerous U S postal service trucks with the same problem. So I think I know who is getting priority over us. Poor service, poor follow up, no offer to compensate me for weeks of no vehicle. No expected date given. Why not pull this item off one sitting on the lot ? More
