Jay Dunacusky saves us time and money. I will never buy a car from anyone other than him again. When we first arrived we had a budget in mind that was no where close to the real world numb I will never buy a car from anyone other than him again. I had a very disappointing experience at Kia of McKinney, mainly because of a salesperson named Jay. During our conversation, Jay appeared to be giving us prices on his own without checking with or gettin mainly because of a salesperson named Jay. During our conversation, Jay appeared to be giving us prices on his own without checking with or getting approval from his managers. The entire situation felt unprofessional and made us lose confidence in the buying process. I later explained what happened to Sales Manager Art, and even he seemed surprised by the situation. I want to be fair: Art was professional, helpful, and handled our conversation very well. Unfortunately, our experience with Jay was the complete opposite. Because of the way Jay handled the pricing and communication, we ultimately decided not to purchase the vehicle from Kia of McKinney and will take our business elsewhere. I hope the GM sees this review and looks into what happened. Losing a customer who was ready to purchase a vehicle because of one salesperson’s approach should be concerning to any dealership. Art deserves credit for his professionalism, but unfortunately, our experience with Jay cost the dealership our business. More
