Extra attention I went in for a B12 service. I also knew I had a slow leak in a tire. My service lead and tech went the extra step. The tire issue was found (a screw) I went in for a B12 service. The service found an axle leak and the service tech let me know I was still (just) within warranty. He arranged a free rental and promised the car would be done before noon the next day which was important for my schedule. It was done by 10:30 and all was great - including him remembering that I had a 10% coupon. I can count on the team giving the extra attention to its customers. More

They kept their word! Purchased a Type R from David Downs. This car is rare and dealers all over the country are charging outrageous premiums over MSRP, as much as $15k. I cold-called David expecting the worst...no way I can do business with a dealer that takes advantage of a situation like this. He told me immediately they charge only MSRP + destination and not a penny more. Some may think that paying MSRP for a car is crazy, but if you know the market for this car, you jump on MSRP immediately. David kept me updated the whole way, right up to the point where my car was coming off the transporter. My sales experience with Hugh White in Columbus was very good.
