to whom it may concern; i already tried to rectify the situation with the stores general manager, matt clark, and he basically told me to go somewhere else and that Humes is only interested in dealing with customers who purchased vehicles from them. even though they are supposed to service any chrysler product. since speaking to clark, the same day infact, the service dept called and left me 2 answering machine messages. the first to say our part is in. the second to say, nevermind, its not in. funny. sounds like someone caught wind i was complaining and cancelled my order. that was june 21st. i havent heard as much as a peep about anything concerning my warranty work, or the parts ordered to do the work, from humes service dept. after waiting a week, we went to another dealership, who was more than accomodating an happy to help. after hearing of our experiences with humes, their service dept. "cant believe humes gets away with this". sounds to me this is a frequent occurance at humes. I have also been told by chrysler corp. to contact the district mgr, jim hoag, of the area dealerships to lodge a complaint against humes. i tried, with 4 dealerships infact. such person doesnt seems to have a desk phone number or any contact info at all. i left my name and phone number at 3 dealerships and never heard a word from him. in fact, when i wanted to lodge the complaint with chrysler corp, i asked clark to give to me the phone number to chrysler corp, and he said "no. you can look it up yourself". so i ask you. does it seem like humes is interested in talking to me in regards to my experience? i will humor you once more before i become the fool. please identify to me to whom i am encountering in these responses. your name and title. my email is : biggred8u@hotmail.com

To Whom It May Concern; It has been ten days since YOU contacted ME. It is evident you have no interest in regards to my experiences at Humes. It has been 21 days since my vehicles parts were allegedly ordered to do the repair. I have yet to recieve any correspondence from the service Dept at Humes. My vehicle has not been repaired as of today. It is clear and obvious that I have been retaliated on by Humes for my complaints to the Store Mgr., Matt Clark. I will continue to blog, negatively review, and file complaints on Humes in regards to their refusal of warranty service on a Chrysler vehicle. SHAME ON YOU HUMES! Negative word of mouth travels much faster than good.
