My Review Of Huntington Beach Ford:
I purchased a car from this company in May 2012. Max, the finance guy had me sign papers, including a form stating the vehicle was for "Off road use". This was a 2006 Roush Mustang. I had to have a manager tell him I did not need to sign this form. I have since sold this car and I am trying to get my money back from the extended warranty and GAP insurance. I hae faxed (TWICE) the papers Max requwested. Then I sent it to him via a scanned copy and e-mailed it to him. Still no return. So I talked with Phil, a manager with no last name (he did not want to give it to me). I told Phil the issues I was having and he said he would take care of it immediately. It's now 10 days later and I can't reach him. He is always with a customer. I let another message for him today, 12-4-2012. On Wednesday, 11-28-2012 I called for Phil; however, he was off. I left two messages for the other manager to call me. He never did. I have been trying to collect my owed money since November 1, 2012. I wouod really like a manager or better yet, the owner to call me and explain to me why his employees are not accountable.
