We especially liked that he was honest enough to point out some of the cons in the newer, more expensive model we looked at as opposed to a cheaper pre-owned model we were also considering. The decision to go to a Mazda dealership started with a simple on line inquiry about a specific new 2010 model. When the internet sales manager Joe Balisalisa responded, he informed me in his first correspondence that HB Mazda offered a sales discount to my place of employment - this one statement narrowed my search considerably! Both Joe and Steve Liewald worked a steady deal and a couple short hours after I arrived, I was signing paperwork for my new car with Andrew Kozak. The financing offer of 60-months at zero percent interest was just icing on the cake! Huntington Beach Mazda if a beautiful facility - it is neat, clean, and all the employees are upbeat. I was comfortable the entire test drive, application completion, finance paperwork ( Thanks Francisco!!) and drive off. Fadi and Francisco are both 2010 Mazda3 owners, so this showed me how great this car is and it's wonderful to see employees stand behind and value their own company product. Fadi made me comfortable and made sure I was aware of where he was at all times in the process to complete my purchase. The color choice I really wanted was not available with the options requested but he triple checked for me anyway and I am very happy with my second choice stated above. He drove to Tustin Mazda to pick up the car then spent the time to guide me through the operation of the car as well as the options I purchased ( Moonroof, Navigation and Bluetooth). I definitely took the long way home and enjoyed driving my M3!! I am mot at all disappointed and look forward to visiting HB Mazda for my first oil change.
