The service department, from the manager to the techs seem to be incompetent and poorly trained in there profession! My 2025 Wagoneer has been 6x for the same issue, or a separate issue created by them w seem to be incompetent and poorly trained in there profession! The vehicle wasn't ready after they text and said it was done. Then after I got there to get it he said they forgot to check one of the things I took it in for. Then he said he would contact me In a couple done. Then after I got there to get it he said they forgot to check one of the things I took it in for. Someone called about 4 days ago and asked how the experience was. I told her I would answer her after he got back w me from service. Still nothing. Not good customer service. Not pleased. More

I’ve done my best to take my car to this service center for everything. Last time, the technician came out to tell me that my engine air filter and brake fluid needed replacement. I had gotten those done 2 for everything. Last time, the technician came out to tell me that my engine air filter and brake fluid needed replacement. I had gotten those done 2 months prior so I was disillusioned to the idea of bringing my car back. This time I had a major maintenance milestone so I gave you guys a shot again. I made sure to pick a different advisor that I’d seen but never picked before. This did the trick, Arturo made sure to communicate the services needed, recommended, and mechanic’s notes. I thank him for not hitting me with a sales pitch, but still informing of what needs to come next. More
