From the time my check engine light came on to the time it was actually repaired was over a month. They didn’t have any loaners available, they failed to return calls in a timely manner or at all, they fai it was actually repaired was over a month. They were bad before but made renovations and I heard were under new management so wanted to give them another chance. I really wanted it to work since I only live 3 miles from the dealership and don’t enjoy driving to McDonough for service, but. they somehow managed to get even worse. Shady business practices, over priced on everything from maintenance to major repairs, slow service and incompetent techs. This is not the place to take any vehicle for any reason. More

After the deal was completed, we found out that the car only came with one key. Was told we were welcome to purchase a second key.
