My time spent in the waiting area was about an hour with some nice people and snacks. It took maybe an hour and I reviewed what I should do next. My experience was with the service department, which was horrible. Their ability to effectively communicate, be responsive, and deliver what was eventually communicated was non-existent. Example; to be provided the option to use a text messaging system and to get zero replies and zero call backs when checking the status of a vehicle is not good business nor is it when they inform you all work is covered under warranty and then tell you 3 to 4 days later, with the vehicle just sitting, that not all work is covered under warranty.
