Hi Nick, I am in contact with the other people at 112. Even if you were to fix the seats .... Again ... which you should since they are under warranty and identical to the last time they 'wore out', it would not solve the problem that you designed and sold me a car with seats that only last until it gets cold out when they develop micro cracks from being cheap brittle plastic. This public forum thing is really nice, in private conversations I have been routinely ignored with my arguments. If you really want to fix the problem, let me watch the guy repair the seat in the back and give me an extra set of parts so I can change them myself and sell the car before the warranty goes up. Because according to your service counter these Tucson's do not have options for higher quality material as the palisade does. Which I find very hard to believe because seats that 'wear out' in 1 year is not acceptable for materials engineering and should be recalled.
