There's no way the protectant that was sold was the one applied. Ceramic Coating is not properly installed to any vehicle in 20 minutes. Water does NOT run off it drys and is nothing but ugly dirt water spots remain. You know you guys lied! It comes out from being treated it doesn’t look good at all. I clearly point out sap and you lie and say the first wash and that will be gone. Refused to do anything about it. HELLO the car is suppose to be thoroughly washed before ceramic coating, If there was sap left after the coating the vehicle was not prepped possibly! Since this whole debacle more lies. You have new tires and brakes you say. Are the new brakes the ones that squeal like a pig? However that’s ok because I have the safety check from your dealer. So when I take it elsewhere and they find brake issues just more power in my aresenal! Joey you are new, lying, cheating and telling people what you think they want to hear is no way to treat people and build a business. As for what I will accept as closure. $1700 check mailed to me and I’ll take it elsewhere to have it done! Yep that’s right I’ll still let you rip me of for $1100. Take it to Boucher on Hwy 100 in Hales Corners. They properly do the exterior of the vehicle. When it comes out we will test it as they do in the paperwork. Brakes will be inspected and any repairs performed at zero dollars my responsibility. Those are the only options that will solve this without a lawsuit. I am going to go direct to Boucher with all this to make sure this isn’t being hidden by the dealer and so they themselves can see how one of their dealers do business. Lie, steal and cheat! No, I will never step foot in Lake Country Hyundai!! Boucher has plenty of ways to solve this. If anyone doesn’t feel this is fair to bad, I’m not going to the scene of where I was ripped off. As for a lawsuit all cards are stacked against you. Way more is videoed and recorded than you know. Salesmen grabs a piece of paper and pours water on one side. It just soaks it, does other side it all runs off. Certainly not what my vehicle does with water. Oh and why does it take a Boucher dealer 3-4 hours to apply it but yours took 20 minutes? Once you answer that or my guess yell pass here’s your next question. Why is their price to get it done under $2000 and you charged me $2800? Seems like the books at LCH might be being cooked. Now of course I can’t prove that but a state audit will. Do you agree to either of the two options I gave you? If not I’ll proceed in a way that I’m whole and feel justice has been served!
