BEWARE:if you are HIGH RISK this is not the dealer for you. Only 2 people had masks. I explained to Adam that I was a Diss VET and high risk to which he assured me the dealership followed all protocols. Adam had no mask as well as the sales managers whom I did not speak with. A finance guy came out and told me he could get the deal done with 2 of his banks (I came with an approval from my bank). His banks could not do the deal and after several uncomfortable hours as I thought all was well, I walked out with no deal. I was putting down $3k and they did not want to negotiate the price which was off by over $1k. DO NOT RECOMMEND and if you have any conditions which make you a COVID risk, this is not the place for you. More
Why lie about trade price? Internet shopping is supposed to be easy. On line pricing for the Kona I was interested in - great. Eric asks me about my trade I give him the details Internet shopping is supposed to be easy. On line pricing for the Kona I was interested in - great. Eric asks me about my trade I give him the details and get a ball park figure that's in line with other dealers. So I stop in drive the Kona and they value my trade - at $3k less than I'd been quoted and $2500 less than another dealer who had given me a Sales Order after my visit. Total waste of everyone's time! More

Just attempted a chat online at their website. I asked what "Low Upfront Pricing" meant which is prominently featured on their homepage. Taylor asked me my name and I provided it. Then Taylor asked for my what "Low Upfront Pricing" meant which is prominently featured on their homepage. Taylor asked me my name and I provided it. Then Taylor asked for my phone number and e-mail so a salesperson could contact me. When I objected and just asked for an answer to my question, she abruptly concluded our chat. The equivalent of a phone hangup in mid-conversation. If they're going to treat me like that before they have my money, how would they treat me afterwards? More

Lack of customer service RE: SIlver warranty- out $2,100! As we live about 2 hours from the dealership, this gave me more confidence in getting a vehicle we wouldn't have to worry too much about repair-wise for the covered components. The next day I went to pair my phone and found it could not connect to the system, so I took it to a local Ford dealership to have it looked over. I paid for this repair out of pocket ($700+ for a new SYNC module install) as this wasn't on the covered items list. This was far from ideal but I have no real issues here, it is part of buying used sometimes. However, while having it looked over I was also told that the intermittent a/c operation was caused by a major issue that needed a costly repair. This is listed as a covered item in the written warranty. We tried MANY times to contact Hyundai of Central Florida about getting this repaired under the 50/50 warranty- we wanted to find out if there was any dealerships closer to our location where we could have the repairs done under the 50/50 agreement instead of making multiple trips across the state to the nearest Mullinax Ford (a 2+ hour drive each way), but we were obviously willing to make that drive if we had to. After a day or two even our service rep at the local Ford dealership where it was looked at tried unsuccessfully MANY more times to get in touch with someone there who could help with the warranty questions with no success- each time we were all just told the person who deals with warranty issues was "on vacation" and Hyundai of Central Florida would not even inform any of us when he would be expected back. We all also had zero success trying to get in touch with a manager or anyone else who would help us or even get us started with the process of getting our vehicle repaired under the warranty at any of their approved locations. This continued for a full week with no response from anyone at Hyundai of Central Florida, despite numerous calls and messages from us and our local Ford service rep. We finally had to give up trying to get any help from Hyundai of Central Florida and had to have it repaired at the local Ford dealership here, as we obviously couldn’t wait forever to get this resolved- and as zero progress had been made with contacting anyone at Hyundai of Central Florida we lost all confidence in the warranty actually being honored. We’re now 100% out of pocket around $2,100 total on all the a/c system repairs, of which half would have been covered if we would have been able to actually use the “silver warranty” offered on this vehicle. It is a shame, as we are looking to trade in our second vehicle soon and we were previously so happy with our initial experience that we were planning on a return trip to Hyundai of Central Florida for another vehicle. After this experience and all the money lost we will be going elsewhere due to the drastic change in customer service when it came to honoring the promised warranty, and we can no longer recommend this dealer. Great Salesperson! Ron was the most well-informed salesperson I've worked with in years. He knew every detail about the Genesis and went out of his way to impress. Great approach, awesome personality and easy to work with. Even though I didn't end up buying a Genesis, I'd recommend Ron to anyone looking for a Hyundai or Genesis. More

The first had a $900 dealer fee and there was an undeniable feeling of secrecy when going over numbers. We traveled to Clermont where my mom and I met Ryan. Immediately I was able to recognize he was genuine. He was able to get my mom a better car at a lower price, with the help of Eric the sales manager. I work in car sales at a brand that is considered competition to Hyundai. It says a lot that I was willing to do business with Eric and Ryan rather than making a deal with people I know and trust. The whole staff was friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cheers guys! More
