My engine died unexpectedly, and the manufacturer recommended this dealership based on proximity. Unfortunately, I didn’t know any better — and that mistake cost me weeks of stress and frustration. It took two weeks just to get an appointment, with no mention of delays or staffing issues. When my car was finally towed in, the service advisor told me they’d diagnose it and submit a claim to the manufacturer within a day or two. I was even given a number to call or text directly. But then… nothing. Two days passed. Then four. I texted on a Friday — no reply. Called and left a message Saturday — no reply. Sent another message Monday — still no response. Even the manufacturer rep could not reach them after trying for two days. When I showed up in person the following Saturday — a full week after my car arrived — I found out that NOTHING had been done. The service manager gave me excuses about how it’s a “four-hour job to diagnose,” yet my car had been there two weeks. No apology, no urgency, no effort to help — not even offering a courtesy or rental car. The lack of professionalism was unreal. Trying to transfer my car to another shop was a nightmare too. I tried on three separate occasions to arrange a transfer, leaving message after message. Again — no call back. Eventually, I had to call the sales department, and thankfully, someone there had the decency to help get me connected. Bottom line: This dealership offers the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You’ll waste your time, your energy, and potentially your money — and get nothing in return but mental exhaustion. I wouldn’t wish this kind of treatment on anyone. More

We have had yet another BAD experience with Cool Springs Hyundai. Our "Check catalytic converter" light went on. On 27 November we went to Hyundai for a diagnostics check -- and they presented a bill of $33 Hyundai. Our "Check catalytic converter" light went on. On 27 November we went to Hyundai for a diagnostics check -- and they presented a bill of $3300+ for a number of items beyond what the diagnostic revealed: The O2 sensors need to be replaced. We declined the extra items and paiid for the rest ($1189). We were told the parts would be availabe in 3-5 days. We haven't heard a word since. When I chatted on their web site I was told we would get a call from a service manager. That was yet another falsehood. I am going to contact the owner (Jason Stacey?) and see if he can deal with this nonsense. More

I recently recently bought a genesis GV 70 from this dealership, and it was as good of an experience as I could have possibly had. My sales person, Alan Suleiman, patiently explained all the features of dealership, and it was as good of an experience as I could have possibly had. My sales person, Alan Suleiman, patiently explained all the features of the vehicle that I was interested in. This dealership and their employees were amazing to work with. We were driving our 2019 Gensis up to Nashville from Birmingham,Al for a global entry appointment. We stopped to see if they could fix our issue. They informed us that our warranty had expired 5 months prior and the closest Gensis dealership to us in Alabama is 90 minutes away. This defeats the concierge service for the brand for us. Even though we loved our Gensis, not worth the inconvenience to get it serviced. Trying to decide what to do we started looking at some new Hyundai vehicles. We had to get to our appointment at the airport, so they gave us a loaner. After the appointment we came back to look at and drive some cars. We had a dinner reservation so they told us to keep the car and they would send us some numbers on the cars we looked at. The numbers sent really wouldn’t work in our budget. We went back the next morning and told them what it would take to get us into a new car. They made it happen without a lot of back and forth negotiations with the manager. It was the BEST car buying experience ever! I can’t say enough great thing about Eddie,the sales manager, and Devaris, the salesman who made this an amazing experience for us. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend friends to go see them. More
Absolutely hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I loathe car shopping. It wasn't the plan, I was just looking, and I usually cant stand car sales people, but Devaris and Brandon were the absolute best. Never once did I feel like they were even selling me anything- they were just helping me find what I wanted. Ten minutes in I honestly felt like I had known them both my whole life. They were so easy to get along with, personable, likeable, helpful, kind, funny and absolutely awesome with my 3 year old the entire time. They played with her, got her snacks, did anything we asked and even moved all my stuff over from my old car to my new one while I was finalizing some paperwork. Buying a car is usually exhausting and frustrating, but I actually left happier than when I arrived. That's never happened for me before, so if you're in the market for a vehicle, go see Devaris, Brandon or Alan at Genesis. They also work in conjunction with Hyundai across the street and have a nice selection of used cars in case a Genesis isn't the only thing you're after. Ive since had to follow up with them on a couple things and they have been nothing but helpful and have followed through with everything they said and promised. 10/10 definitely recommend! More
