My experience began online through email. Usually when you email a dealer and give them specifics of your situation, what you're looking for, where the pricing has to be to make it work, etc., the normal you email a dealer and give them specifics of your situation, what you're looking for, where the pricing has to be to make it work, etc., the normal response is "come on in we've got the car for you". Not with Marcus. He actually read my email, looked at his inventory, looked at my entire situation, and then came back to me with options - over the email! I felt like I was in control - it was my desire to purchase - and not just his to sell another car. Over a period of maybe 5 emails back and forth - I (me) made the decision based on his emails which car I would want and deal that would fit my situation - and decided to go visit Marcus and do the deal. When I arrived Marcus was there to meet me and introduced my wife and I to Patrick who took us out and showed us our color choices. We drove the car with Patrick and came back in to sit down with him and "do the deal". The deal turned out to be exactly what Marcus said it would be - no surprises, no gimmicks, no bait & switch....just a completely honest transaction that came about exactly as promised! It was an excellent experience and my wife commented to me as we drove home with our new car that these guys were the nicest people she's ever met in the car industry - and just over all "good guys". I would strongly recommend Marcus and Patrick and the guys at Hyundai of Greeley to anyone looking for a truly honest deal that you can drive away with the car of your choice with the deal that fits your budget.
