We have bought not one but two new Palisades from Greeley Hyundai in the past couple of weeks and it could not have been a better experience. Josh was our sales person and he was terrific. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to deal with the service department at Hyundai. My car (under warranty) started using oil in July of 2021. I took it to the service departme trying to deal with the service department at Hyundai. My car (under warranty) started using oil in July of 2021. I took it to the service department & Alex gave me some ridiculous excuse & told me drive it 1,000 miles & if still using oil to bring it in & they would look at it. This went on until December with Alex or Russ telling me they had to run a consumption test & I needed to drive it another 1,000 miles & let them know if it was still using oil. At this time my car was using a quart a week. My son then went in & talked to them & they said they couldn't do anything as Hyundai was making them jump thru hoops but eventually they would replace my engine. I did receive a recall on my cars engine through all of this & they admitted these models had to have a lot of engines replaced but "we weren't quite there yet". My son asked what happens if I'm driving it & the engine blows up from lack of oil & Russ & Alec said that was the best thing that could happen regardless that it left me (an older female adult) stranded on the road. Finally in February after not getting any results we finally just gave up & I got another car. Then last April my daughter in law bought a brand new Sante Fe & got an extra warranty besides the factory warranty & recently her moon roof cracked & her AC quit working so she took it to the service dept & they told her that there was a leak in it & it must have happened while she was driving it! They told her it would cost her $1500 to get her car fixed & she asked why they told her the warranty & extra warranty would cover this type of thing. Seriously!! 2 warranties on a brand new car & the customer still has to pay out of pocket???? Oh & they couldn't get her in until July. This place is a joke. More
These guys wanted to add $7000 in top of MSRP for an Ioniq 5. And, they low balled my trade in by at least $2000. I bought my car from a different dealership, and am very happy with the price I paid, as Ioniq 5. And, they low balled my trade in by at least $2000. After my initial contact with Casey, Austin took over the process. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. We talked and discussed the auto and made a deal in a relatively quick time. Our 2022 Santa Fe was towed there after breaking down on our vacation to Colorado. As far as repairs made, we would give them an A, but as far as communication from the service manager it would have to be a our vacation to Colorado. After it was towed there we called several times to talk to service manager and had to leave messages. He NEVER returned a call until we were back home in Nebraska and wondering where our house keys were that we had asked them to mail to us since our car was still there waiting to be repaired. We weren't told our car was done being repaired until a week later when I called about the keys and he told us then our car was done. Hyundai treated us great. I would give them an A+ getting a rental and transporting our car back to Nebraska when done being repaired. But the communication from the service manager was unacceptable. More

Buying experience was very stressless even with having to make the deal all over email and text. They didn’t sell the car I was looking for in my state. Kept my up-to-date while waiting for the delivery of the car. George made the paperwork quick and easy once I got there. Entire experience was stress free. Having bought my first hybrid plug-in, I would have liked to have had someone go over all the charging do’s and don’t’s with me - it’s a little hard to look up what you don’t know you need to look up in the book.
