Looking at the unique, sporty looking 3 door coupe? Hatchback? Hot hatchback? know as, Veloster. I spent an hour with , Patrick Skinner asking questions and test driving 3 different models. I left that evening more enlightened of the vehicles engineering and design. I was interested in a red, turbo version of Veloster. The team was more than willing to dealer find one for me but I was not ready to commit. It took 2-3 weeks of emailimg, phone calls and a final drive to hyuandai. They had just received a new, red, manual turbo veloster off the truck. Patrick and team let me drive it home to my wife, we drove back to dealership to negotiate price & trade of a new 2013 kia rio hatchback. Dealer manager, Mr. Ziegler and Patrick treated us most excellent all around figures and we signed for our new, chilled ride. Who says you have to be 20 something to own a Veloster! More

He will go above and beyond the call of duty. He drove two hours to my home to let me test drive a car and see if my 3 carseats would fit in the back of the car. He worked to find a car that fit my particular needs and budget. Then he drive back to my home to deliver my car and do the paperwork with me at my kitchen table. I was never pressured to buy and in fact was quite demanding about what I needed. Patrick met all of my demands and delivered me a beautiful car with no stress. My experience began online through email. Usually when you email a dealer and give them specifics of your situation, what you're looking for, where the pricing has to be to make it work, etc., the normal you email a dealer and give them specifics of your situation, what you're looking for, where the pricing has to be to make it work, etc., the normal response is "come on in we've got the car for you". Not with Marcus. He actually read my email, looked at his inventory, looked at my entire situation, and then came back to me with options - over the email! I felt like I was in control - it was my desire to purchase - and not just his to sell another car. Over a period of maybe 5 emails back and forth - I (me) made the decision based on his emails which car I would want and deal that would fit my situation - and decided to go visit Marcus and do the deal. When I arrived Marcus was there to meet me and introduced my wife and I to Patrick who took us out and showed us our color choices. We drove the car with Patrick and came back in to sit down with him and "do the deal". The deal turned out to be exactly what Marcus said it would be - no surprises, no gimmicks, no bait & switch....just a completely honest transaction that came about exactly as promised! It was an excellent experience and my wife commented to me as we drove home with our new car that these guys were the nicest people she's ever met in the car industry - and just over all "good guys". I made and appointment and when I arrived, Kevin Rich greeted me at the door. Kevin also started the process of checking my credit and with-in 15 minutes he and Mr. Silva had me approved.
