27 plus days to diagnose a faulty component that drained any battery installed. Communication from dealership improved marginally with the help of the General manager. Ultimately, we had to chase down final communication and were told “oh, yes…it’s been ready”. I am hopeful management can work to improve the customer service portion of vehicle service.
