Excellent service experience for my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV. Hattie was able to get me in on very short notice when the engine light came on unexpectedly and she was fantastic at explaining exactly what w SUV. Hattie was able to get me in on very short notice when the engine light came on unexpectedly and she was fantastic at explaining exactly what was causing the issue and getting it corrected, even though it was near the end of a long day for her and the shop tech who 's working on my vehicle. Definitely ask for her in service if you can, as this was now the 2nd time she's helped me out with a big issue at the worst possible time of the day for them and she was exceptionally helpful, friendly, went above/beyond what other dealers have done through the years and really knows her field. Hyundai of OP needs to really give her some recognition, as I've talked with 2 co-workers who are also HoOP customers and have said similar things. More
