Halfway detail job lacks attention to detail Take my vehicle in every 6 months for interior and exterior protection. Many times I have to send the car back for something they overlooked. Just Take my vehicle in every 6 months for interior and exterior protection. Many times I have to send the car back for something they overlooked. Just in this last experience alone they failed to wipe down the dash to left of steering wheel and in front of instrument panel behind the wheel. Also there was a white cream visible on the rear seat backs where they didn’t wipe it In thoroughly and all 4 floorboards still had lots of visible remains that they were not vacuumed well. Also the windshield inside had not been wiped which they usually do to remove haze. Had I not needed to get to my next appointment I would have sent it back to finish the job correctly as I typically have to do. If it weren’t for the “we owe” on the every 6 month protection I wouldn’t waste the drive from Callahan to Orange Park for a job I can do better myself. More

Windows tinted My windows had to be retinted at the dealership, due to the last service tech not doing the tinting correctly. Overcharged and car still not repaired Was told new part on car was causing problem, $900 to replace. Repair authorized however car was not fixed. Now they say it's the fuel pump, another $600, yet not sure if that will fixed the problem. We are paying for them to guess, no resolution. When asked for our original new part back, was told they don't have it anymore. Car is a lemon! Out of $900, car stiill not fixed, yet car payment is due! Poor customer service. More

Warranttee repair Usually I have no problems with service but today my daughter took in her Tucson to have it checked for one of the door sensors not working. I had don Usually I have no problems with service but today my daughter took in her Tucson to have it checked for one of the door sensors not working. I had done an appointment for her so it was scheduled but after 56 minutes of the vehicle being there it still was not looked at by a mechanic. My daughter had another appointment (there was a three hr window)which after not getting any info on the vehicle spoke to the service rep which at that time informed her the vehicle still was not looked at. So now another appointment has to be made which for most of us is an inconvenience especially with a 45 minute one way trip to the dealer needing to be spent. More
