Excellent service representative - Zac I have been going to Hyundai Of Orange Park for a couple of years now. I am extremely pleased by the service they provide and they have great service I have been going to Hyundai Of Orange Park for a couple of years now. I am extremely pleased by the service they provide and they have great service representatives. One of them is Zac who is exceptionally nice and always courteous. He is prompt, respectful, very helpful and ensures that all our needs are addressed. He is invaluable for this team and I believe there should be more representatives like him. I will continue to go to Hyundai Of Orange Park as long as Zac is around....thank you very much Zac...😊 More

Serviec at Orange Park My headlight had burned out. Hattie, in service, said come on in. She replaced the bulb! Only had to pay for price of bulb!! Awesome!!! I came into the dealership this morning after working overnight. My only complaint.. Your service center is very busy, yet there is not a large enough waiting area for your customers. There is also not a decent area for at least 1 or 2 Your service center is very busy, yet there is not a large enough waiting area for your customers. There is also not a decent area for at least 1 or 2 people to sit with a laptop and work. My car is my office so having to sit and wait and not be able to accomplish anything else is frustrating. I previously owned a Honda and their service dept had 2 cubbies where I could work while me car was serviced. Other than that... I love the massage chairs. That's a nice addition. Please consider expansion of your customer waiting area. More

Incompetent Service Department Found service to be incompetent on there separate times. (1)Took car in for oil change got home had oil oil puddle under car next morning, Mechanic Found service to be incompetent on there separate times. (1)Took car in for oil change got home had oil oil puddle under car next morning, Mechanic spilled oil and neglected to clean up. (2)took car in for new premium battery went around corner engine stumbled, Mechanic failed to tighten battery cables. (3)Took car in in for alternator bearing squeal, mechanic changed idler pulley squeal remained but service rep hands me my old perfectly good part and tries to convince me the car doesn’t squeal as much. STRIKE 3 More
