We went over what needed to be done to correct the air back problem and then discussed what other service my vehicle may need. I then asked if I could have a ride to work Hattie said I'll give you a loaner. So I went off to work. By lunch time my car was finished. I returned the loaner car And picked up my car which had been washed and vacuumed I love this dealership service department and Haddie is one of the people that make it great for her customers More

*EDIT* Dealership does want to help. *EDIT* My issues were resolved by the General Manager Mitch. We had a discussion at the dealership and he stated that my complaints will go into makin *EDIT* My issues were resolved by the General Manager Mitch. We had a discussion at the dealership and he stated that my complaints will go into making changes at the dealership. I can see that the dealership does try to take client complaints seriously. I will return to dealership in the future and will change to 5 star if the issues that came up are fixed. Horrible service department. They lie about the service charges and then after service is completed lie about what they originally said. Would not return, do not recommend have any work done. Sales team also lies about including services with purchase and then says they never said it after fact. Whole dealership lies to get you in. More
