Maintenance Review I've had my Sonata for twenty-one months now and have used Hyundai Of Orange park exclusively to maintain my car. The service center is very accommod I've had my Sonata for twenty-one months now and have used Hyundai Of Orange park exclusively to maintain my car. The service center is very accommodating. The personnel are very committed to the customers. One such is Hattie Bramlitt, who checked on me several times as I waited. She is a definite asset for this company. The only suggestion I would make to this dealership is to put in a more comfortable waiting area. The chairs are serviceable but not all that comfortable. The work being done is exceptional. Poor customer service, poor communication I took my car in for a timing belt replacement and requested my car be test driven to determine shaking tires while driving at high speeds. My car was I took my car in for a timing belt replacement and requested my car be test driven to determine shaking tires while driving at high speeds. My car wasn't ready at the time they promised, and 2 calls to check on my vehicle to find out when it would be ready, went unanswered and unreturned. When I was able to actually get a staff member to check on my car, I was told it had been ready for over an hour, but they had only completed the timing belt. I was further told, they drove the car, didn't notice any shaking and nothing was wrong with the tires (which is not true). Upon picking up my car, I was handed a packet of paperwork with random words written on it ( alignment, shocks etc..), with zero explanation of any of it. And, I still have to take my car somewhere else to address the tire issue they neglected. This was my first and last visit to this dealership. They have horrible customer service and do not communicate with their clients. Worst experience with a dealership ever! More
