Her customer service is great because she asked a few times if I needed anything. At one point I got up from my seat to talk on my cellphone and she saw me standing by the door at which she came over to again make sure I had a seat to return to or required any further assistance. She also spoke to my husband on the phone to assure him of our service needs and answered all of his questions very thoroughly. She kept me abreast of how long my service was taking and promptly came to get me when it was completed. She even had. Y war hand washed and vacuumed impeccably. She was very pleasant, considerate and kind throughout our interactions. I highly recommend this employee for a service award for you can plainly see that she goes above and beyond the call of duty. Sherman in the Service Dept. , customer liaison, went above & beyond in making sure this visit went well for me. He sought me out immediately since I was not informed beforehand , customer liaison, went above & beyond in making sure this visit went well for me. He sought me out immediately since I was not informed beforehand when making the appointment that it would take awhile. He offered me a loaner vehicle so that I would not have to sit and wait. He was most courteous. I was also pleased to have my car washed and vacuumed when picking it up. (The Toyota dealer where we take our Highlander never does this on service calls) Good job! More

Awesome Service Every time I bring my car to get serviced I've had a wonderful experience every time. The staff always greets me and I'm in and out in no time. When the car is returned to me it's clean, fresh and running smoothly. In the waiting area they have the T.V. playing and a cup of hot coffee waiting on me. There is another dealer closer to my home but I feel more comfortable coming across town to this dealership. More
