He made sure all my questions where answered thoroughly and took the time to explain the details of my service. He provided a clean Elantra loaner car since it was in for several hours. Awful Service Appearance. I drove 30 miles to this dealer because I preferred them over Saint Augustine one to have my airbag light checked. Service adviser tells me he he would be able to look at it no problem, but fails to tell me that it is an extra 115.00 charge. He waits until I drive all the way over there to tell me this. It is unfortunate to say I will not be using them again. VERY POOR SERVICE! More
