Some difficulty communicating, but good work Meghan (forgot last name) was manning the service center when I went in on a Sunday for an oil change. It could be that I'm used to more personal service, but every time I go in to this dealership, not a single person asks for my name. They just take my keys and go. They don't even write down the services I request or provide any sort of written estimate. It's always, "Are you waiting or dropping off?" Then they take down a phone number and turn to the next customer. It's a little disconcerting. Like, I said, I could just be sensitive. My experience with other service centers is much less rushed, and they write down everything they intend to do for my vehicle before presenting the estimate for my signature. Only then do they request the keys. In regards to Meghan, she greeted me right away, which was nice, but didn't ask for my name or give me a time estimate. She also didn't call when my car was finished, even though they were closing soon. This is now what I've come to expect. Whoever changed my oil and washed my car did a fine job. More

I've taken my Santa Fe to the service dept. on several occasions. Raymond is a total jerk who gives me and my wife the cold shoulder everytime. He acts like he does not care to help us. Hattie is several occasions. Raymond is a total jerk who gives me and my wife the cold shoulder everytime. He acts like he does not care to help us. Hattie is clueless about everything. She is the wrong person for that type of job. I have been statisfied with my Santa Fe, but not pleased with their service dept. We are due for a new car, so we have made the decision to not go with a Hyundai because of the reasons listed above. We hate it because we love our Santa Fe so much, but we just can't take it anymore. More
My family and I were driving back to Wisconsin in June of 2010, when my 2002 Santa Fe started to "nose down" while traveling on the highway. We stopped at another dealership and although their service dept w 2010, when my 2002 Santa Fe started to "nose down" while traveling on the highway. We stopped at another dealership and although their service dept was closed they pulled the code on my vehicle and gave us a dealership that was open. We called ahead to Hyundai of Orange Park and let them know what was going on. Upon arriving they pulled the code and fixed the issue....or so we all thought. We left the dealership about 30 minutes before they closed and started back on our way to Wisconsin, only to get 10 minutes away and started having the same problem. We called back to the dealership and let them know we were on our way back. We got back there and they pulled the code and it was the same failure. This is all on Saturday, we had to work on Monday and it is 20 hours back to home for us. Leanne and Mike were wonderful to us. They got right back to work on my SUV. After several hours of troubleshooting they still could not find out what exactly was going on. Mind you it is now way after closing time for them and here they are working tirelessly so that my family and I could make it back to Wisconsin by Monday and return to work. Mike called in another tech, who was already at home for the day, at about 8 P.M. They finally found the issue in a wiring harness that runs the sensor that was coding out as bad. At about 11 P.M. we started on our drive home. This is THE BEST service I have ever received. Mike missed his child's b-day party all to get me and mine home. Oh and did I mention that they did not charge us another penny. You are the greatest. More
Service that can't be beat - Hattie in the service department took amazing care of me last week. I purchased a 2009 certified preowned 2009 Sonata from another dealership (out of town) with 2800 mile department took amazing care of me last week. I purchased a 2009 certified preowned 2009 Sonata from another dealership (out of town) with 2800 miles 4 weeks. I wanted to purchase a car from Hyundai of Orange Park as the sales people were incredible to work with. However, we found a great deal on a preowned with super low miles and felt that we had to jump on it. Last week after coming home from vacation my 4 week old car was dead. I had road side assistance tow the car to Hyundai of OP. My battery was dead. Hattie, not only got the battery replaced under my warranty in a speedy fashion she called me to inquire if I had switched the tires on my car as the tread was equal to a car with 20-25k miles. I only had 4000 miles at this time. It is a long story as to why this happened. Originally the car had after market rims on it and I asked them to be removed so the car could be certified and apparently they could not locate the old tires. But because of Hattie I was able to contact the dealership that I purchased the car from and get a brand new set of tires for free. Hattie you rock and because of you we will not only be getting all of our service at Hyundai of Orange Park we will absolutely consider purchasing our next car from you guys as well. Thanks again.
