The scheduler, reception attendant and Josh provided 5 star service. The reason I gave a 'good' evaluation is i was told my car would be ready in 2-1/2 hours. I planned accordingly. I didn't appreciate sp star service. The reason I gave a 'good' evaluation is i was told my car would be ready in 2-1/2 hours. I planned accordingly. I didn't appreciate spending another hour and a half waiting in the lounge. I expect a reasonable and attainable time estimate so I can plan accordingly. You should offer loners if it's over 3 hours wait. More

He even found a missing BMW key that had everyone else stumped, and jumped in to help the sales staff call Oscar when things got hectic.
