Experience I was not looking for a car, when I came into meet my brother for lunch. Since he has purchased other vehicals from you and was buying yet another one, I decided to look around. I actually had looked at Mercedes as my next purchase (a couple years down the line). But while I was there I saw a couple styles I liked. I had meant to only leave my info with Tony to run numbers and tell me what he could offer, since I was already preapproved with my credit union. Tony was good he ran with it full force, I didn't leave without the car. The only thing I would have liked was that the Clear bra and or 2 window tinting should have been added at no cost to me, I know another dealer ship would have done that on a new purchase. More

Tony changed my opinion on what used-car salespeople were. Financing was straight-forward and they found a better rate than the one I had with my financing arrangements. Brooke was very helpful, indeed. After a month, I took it in for a few questions on operations and the service people were, again, honest and helpful. Chris gets a nod for professionalism.
