Normal vehicle maintenance I brought my car in for routine oil change and inspection. Couldn't be happier!!!!! We were in the market for a high end, used vehicle that would accommodate hockey road trips in comfort and style . After visiting numerous dealers we We were in the market for a high end, used vehicle that would accommodate hockey road trips in comfort and style . After visiting numerous dealers we ended up at Infinity of Denver. Their website was extremely detailed and user friendly. We were very impressed with the pre-owed inventory. Upon our arrival we were greeted by their newest salesman Brandon Davis. Brandon was very courteous and professional. He did not hover over us like most commission salesmen. After we test drove the vehicle of interest, we worked on our trade in and purchase agreement. Due to our credit not being excellent and being labeled a "cash cowboy" by the finance industry, there were some obstacles to work through. Normally this would be a painful experience. This was not the case at Infinity of Denver. The entire staff from sales, finance and even the owner, were nothing but helpful. They worked with us on the down payment and found us the best interest rate possible even with our lack of credit history. Glenn (finance dept.) even identified that my social was possibly being used by "Mario" in North Carolina. WTH!?! Thanks for the heads up Glenn. Back to the review. When all was said and done we walked out with a beautiful SUV and we couldn't be happier. Both Glenn and Brandon called a few days later to check in on us and see how we were liking the car and how things were going with the "Mario" situation. If you are in the market for high end pre-owned or a new Infinity, this is the place to go. As long as "Mario" stops using my social, I will be back at Infinity of Denver for our next purchase. More

Rountine maintenance I take my FX 35 to IOD for regular maintence service work. Patience Infiniti of Denver had serviced my G35 for 3 years. I drive a lot and it recently needed substantial work. I decided not to do the work since it had 145K, and instead apply that cost to a newer vehicle. The problem was I had a chapter 13 bankruptcy 5 years ago and knew that I would need to wait until my bankruptcy cleared before I could get a loan. Chris Madigan my service manager talked to management and they held the car for me until I could get clearance. It ended up taking a month longer than anticipated, but they hung with me. Liz Liggett would call to check in and was always very understanding. Finally, I got clearance came in and Liz got me hooked up in a car and Brooke Pennington got me financed. After 5 years of financial restraint, nothing made me feel freer than purchasing my 2011 M37. Huge kudos to all at Infiniti of Denver, and yet none of it is a surprise to me since I have had great service from day 1 with them. More

Excellent experience...from 1200 miles away. I am located in CIncinnati, OH and began my vehicle search at the beginning of May. After scouring the auto websites, I finally found a QX56 for my wi I am located in CIncinnati, OH and began my vehicle search at the beginning of May. After scouring the auto websites, I finally found a QX56 for my wife at Infiniti of Denver. I called and immediately spoke with Leshun Veasley. He was courteous, professional, and immediately offered to check on the status of the vehicle and to make sure it was still in inventory. Unlike many other dealers I had reached out to, Leshun immediately called back and confirmed that they still had it, offered to put the vehicle on hold and we began the process. During this time, I was asked if I had arranged financing. I had but as most dealers do, I was told by Leshun that they had very competitive rates and always hope to try to earn that business. I went ahead and submitted my loan app and received a call from Leshun and Chuck Thomas that they could indeed capture a better rate than I had already been given. I allowed them to submit to a few of their lenders, and by the next morning had received a call from Chuck that they had beaten my rate, by what I would consider a very good basis point amount. I've dealt with several dealerships over the past, and purchased a good amount of cars out of state, and this is the first time I had ever actually received deliverables in regards to items I was told about, upfront and as promised. They arranged shipping and had the vehicle to me within 2 days. The very last, and what I would consider confirmation of how the dealership operates on a customer experience and service level, is an issue with the vehicle upon receivership from the shipping company (did not happen while with the shipping company and was unknown to the dealership before it left their lot). Upon finding out, John Mathieson immediately took ownership of the situation and dealt with it with the utmost professionalism and again, with a keen eye on customer service. At this point, many dealerships typically write their customers off and do not look forward to the possibility of trying to keep this customer as one for life. Especially if they are located 1200 miles away. In closing, I would certainly recommend this dealership, Leshun, Chuck, Glenn, and John to anyone and everyone considering either an Infiniti or any vehicle on their lot, whether they are in Denver or a few thousand miles away! More
