As I was sitting outside waiting for my car.. I noticed a customer come in with a much older Infiniti and I saw that they were treated with the same great service as anyone else with a brand new top of the line Infiniti. That's just another reason why I appreciate this dealership they value ALL customers.. new and old!! I like that kind of respect from a dealership service department, let's be honest it doesn't always happen at other dealership service places. Thanks to Infiniti of Denver for always proving to me why I am a loyal customer! More

I never looked forward to talking to the sales guys and feeling like they were just giving me the pitch. My husband and I looked at 10 dealerships over a weeks time and when we walked into Infiniti of Denver we got a whole different experience. We were greeted by LeShun and expressed we were just looking and doing research. LeShun provided his name and asked if we wanted something to drink. After getting us some water he said if we needed anything he would be right over there. To which I was almost flabbergasted he wasn't going to trail us around nipping at our heels. We ended up having a few questions and test drove a few cars. We said we needed to think about it. Which again, we were not pressured we were given the response of "please think about it and if you come up with any additional questions to not hesitate to reach out." We left, went to two other deals, ate dinner and then returned to purchase my first Infiniti. This was just the beginning. Since then I have now come back to LeShun for two other cars. Each time having a great, informational, fun and enjoyable experience. Who knew that after that one particular day of stumbling into the Infiniti of Denver were we to know that we were going to make a new friend. I have hardly any issues with my cars and if I ever had to bring into the service center it has always been a pleasant experience. From car rental, pick up/drop off service, lobby comfortably (when I choose to wait) and staff helpfulness. It has never been a "ugh I have to take my car in" experience. It always turns into a time where I take it in the staff and I joke and share stories and I and my car leave happy and feeling like new! Thank you so much for all your dedicated and professional service. I love the car(s) and I will always shop here for any of my car needs. More

Service When I called Rob Rogers to explain that my tire light came on again (3x in 2 weeks), he said to bring my car into the dealership to check that tire. When I called Rob Rogers to explain that my tire light came on again (3x in 2 weeks), he said to bring my car into the dealership to check that tire. Several hours later, I was able to come to Infiniti of Denver to have the tire examined. Nate Miller came out to the service bay immediately, said he knew why I was there, and to wait in the lounge area. 90 minutes later, he had my car washed, a new tire put on, and he apologized for any delay. I truly was amazed at how quickly the work was done considering how many people had appts. and how many were waiting, too. Everyone at this dealership is exceptional! Rob, Nate, Tony, Clark, Leshun, Bernadette, and the service bay people all get my thumbs up for a great job, professionalism, and courtesy every time I need to come to the dealership. I do say thank you to all!!! More

Worst dealership experience ever We were treated terribly by one of the sales members of Infiniti. I believe his name is James but I can't be sure as I ripped up his business card as We were treated terribly by one of the sales members of Infiniti. He treated us very we'll until I told him thanks and we were going to keep looking as we had only visited a couple of dealerships. He then turned quickly on us and said "what's the point of all this? Are you going to buy this car or not?" I said even if this were the perfect car, I needed to do research on the car and think about it. He didn't respond and left the room. Wow! I liked the car and was seriously considering it. After that experience I would have taken the car for free from that place. I purchased a better car with less miles and cheaper price that afternoon. I do not recommend this dealership or their inventory to anyone. They are the epitome of the negative "used car salesmen" stereotype. Stay away. More

When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was spotless. The service technician also did a change to the settings at my request with no hesitation. Will continue to use Infiniti of Denver for all service needs on my M. More
