I was in the market for an Infiniti G37x. I figured I might be able to afford the luxury car since it is technically a model year old, and dealers would want to move them fast to make room for its succes might be able to afford the luxury car since it is technically a model year old, and dealers would want to move them fast to make room for its successor. I started my search at Mike Ward Infiniti and it wasn't a pleasant experience to say the least. I was quoted a price over the phone, hoping I could start the negotiation down from there when I came in. When I got there, I was given a sheet which stated that the monthly payments I was quoted would cost me an additional $1500 down, and from there the games only started to begin. I spent an entire day there and got nowhere near a deal. The next day I contacted the other two Infiniti dealers. John Vrattos from Infiniti of Denver told me that "they would not be undersold". Naturally I was a bet skeptical, he is a salesman after all. So I started getting quotes from other dealers, contacting them via email and phone. Eventually I exhausted all my options and John from Infiniti of Denver was able to not only offer me the lowest price for the G37x, but also the most for my trade-in. With all car deals you can expect some of the typical sales gimmicks, but the experience with Infiniti of Denver was by far the most pleasant. If Infiniti of Denver can't put you in an Infiniti, then you most likely won't be getting in one. I love my G37x! Infiniti of Denver is highly recommended by me!!! More
Chris Madigan did a truly exceptional job helping me with the final warranty service on my 2007 Infiniti M35X. I purchased an extended warranty with this car when it was new. Coming up on the end of th the final warranty service on my 2007 Infiniti M35X. I purchased an extended warranty with this car when it was new. Coming up on the end of the 7 year warranty period, I wanted to get the car in exceptional shape and complete any required work while still under warranty. Chris and the service department thoroughly inspected the car and discovered several needs, including replacement of the driver's seat frame and elimination of some leaks. All of the work was all completed within 24 hours and my car is now ready for an extended run with hopefully very few problems. While most service departments would likely have just completed work that I specified, Infiiniti of Denver found several things that I did not know about. The work was completed very professionally and at a cost of less than I expected. Needless to say, I am very satisfied customer. More

I've worked with Nate before & I trust his professional demeanor. He greets me because he remembers me which is great as a customer because I know he see's so many people daily. He clearly listens to my objectives, concerns & answers any questions I have. A few times I have needed to retrieve possessions from my car. Nate is always easy to find in his office or walking around the service area so that I can ask him to retrieve these items from my Infiniti. Nate does this so politely as it is never an inconvenience to him & better yet he does it with a friendly demeanor so that I personally feel that I'm not intruding on his time. One of the traits that I genuinely appreciate about Nate is he will give his customers updates on the service being performed. This is valuable to me as a customer because every time I've asked where in the process they are or what work has been completed. Nate will give me a full explanation. I appreciate this because logically I know he has other customers and responsibilities so his attention to every customers inquiries is an impressive ability to multi task & provide above average service. I rely on my car immensely for the safety of my child as well as transportation. I need to be able to trust and be treated with respect by the people I'm relying on to maintenance one of my biggest assets. Nate has always been very positive and friendly and he is an asset to Infiniti. Great attitude, it is the small things that leave a lasting impression.. but Nate has made a big positive impact on our impression of him and the Infiniti Service team. Thank you!! More
