The scheduling was quick and easy, I didn't have to wait in a line when I got to the dealer. My paperwork was pretty ready except for a few additional items I wanted to add. When I walk in the door, Corey, Chris, Nathan or Clark immediately recognize me, acknowledge me, and help me out. Plus, the service time is typically really quick and it always seems like the car goes immediately recognize me, acknowledge me, and help me out. AND, to my VERY pleasant surprise, my car had been washed (which it needed ba appreciated the ride to and from the dealership in order to get my car.
