Martin and Rob are always great. I have two Infinity cars and have them serviced exclusively with infinity.. I do have a problem paying a credit card fee. I too have a business in Melbourne and pay credit card fees for my patrons because I know if I charge them I will have a whole lot of upset customers. This is what you’ve done to your customers. To me, it’s the costs of doing business. There are many car companies that don’t charge a fee to spend money with them and that’s what I will chose to do and I will buy my next vehicles with them. Still love your vehicles and service department but won’t pay your fees! More
