I had no issues with anything until checkout. I have done every service, new brakes twice, tires etc at this place. At checkout I tried to provide a coupon, in which Infinity had sent me. Apparen I have done every service, new brakes twice, tires etc at this place. At checkout I tried to provide a coupon, in which Infinity had sent me. Apparently, it expired 11 days prior. So instead of saying, hey I will use this anyway and do me a solid, he basically looked at me and said tough xxxx. Not a big deal. 800 for new brakes and an expired coupon. But I will learn and will shop around next time. But service was good otherwise More

I am not here to tell you to use Woodhouse Infiniti in Omaha. I'm here to share my very disturbing experience. On March 10th, we brought our Infiniti in for the typical maintenance, oil change, etc. When we came to pick it up, we were shocked as we drove down the street to discover that our windshield had been busted. Not a little, there was a substantial shatter near the windshield wipers. We returned to speak with Miquel about the issue. He told us he would speak to his manager and get back to us the following day. He contacted us the next day and said that the tech who busted our windshield admitted to it and that they would come get the car for repairs. When we got the car back several days later, we were upset at the fact that the window looked cheap, you could now see the sensor, where as before you couldn't. We asked them to fix it, as there was now a huge silicone glob in the middle of the windshield and we also wanted an OEM windshield, which is what it had before they broke it. They took the car back, kept it for about another week, returned it and told us that it was an OEM windshield, and that we needed to wait for several days for the ugly spot to go away. After we got the car back, we tried using the windshield wipers and found that they were not useable. The sensor would not function, and the settings would not operate. We returned it. Again, we explained we wanted our car back in the condition it was given to them, and expected the wipers to work as well as the huge ugly spot to be fixed. They tried to return it to us, but we refused after getting pictures a week later, and it looked exactly the same. We then made calls to upper management as we were getting no where fast. Mark, (service manager Infiniti) contacted us and informed us that we in fact, did NOT have an OEM windshield, and that he would make things right. At this point, we were in week 4. Mark said we would be getting an OEM replacement and that he was hiring Bentley to deal with the window. Fast forward yet ANOTHER week, we get the car back and sure enough, the lights are now not working. When we contacted Mark, yet again, and he reassured us this has nothing to do with what they did. We insisted he look it over as we had not even driven the car. Later that day we received an email stating " I have discovered the rain sensor and the light sensor are integrated into the same unit we just replaced with the factory part." In week 5, and received our vehicle back. The windshield still looks horrible and furthermore, the wipers STILL do not work. At this point, we will seek a resolution elsewhere and never return to Infiniti again More
