We were looking for a third-row vehicle because we were expecting our third child, and they stepped up to the challenge of finding us the right fit within our expectations and budget. In the middle of the process, my wife went into labor and our newest child was born. AJ and Eduardo didn’t miss a beat—they finalized the deal, delivered our new vehicle, and picked up our trade-in, all while we were still at the hospital. They made the entire process incredibly easy for us during one of the most chaotic times of our lives. Even after the sale was complete, their commitment didn’t stop. When our newborn was admitted to the hospital for being underweight and the check engine light came on in our new vehicle, AJ and Eduardo personally came to Children’s Hospital, gave us a loaner car, and took ours in for service—all without us leaving our newborn’s bedside. I cannot express enough appreciation for the level of care, dedication, and service this team provided. AJ and Eduardo truly treated us like family and never once made us feel like a burden.
