Took my vehicle in 2 times, once to look at the problem with my speaker in the back, and once to have the speaker replaced. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, after working all day while they replaced t with my speaker in the back, and once to have the speaker replaced. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, after working all day while they replaced the speaker. Was told the problem was fixed, and it was clearly not fixed. Is there no quality control at this dealership? Right now, not happy. Hopefully Monday they will offer me a loaner car, fix the problem so I don't have to sit there again. More

What good is an appointment if you don’t even start work on the vehicle until 1 1/2 hours later? This was worse than going to a doctors appointment. And I’m sure you can relate to that! The next one is 100% on you or I won’t be coming back for service or otherwise. This is how you treat your buying customers? More
