If he promises you a loaner car, make alternative plans because most likely, you aren't getting one. The excuses come next! And if you decide to complain to the dealership manager, don't expect a resolution. More excuses. If it were my first negative experience with this dealership, I might excuse it. But the same thing happened last time I went there for service. Love my Infiniti JX. Will take my luxury car business elsewhere! I had an appointment for 1pm to fix my car that I set up weeks in advance. I dropped off my car and got a loaner car. Before I left they told me it would be done by the end of the day no problem. They called me at 4pm and told me they didn't have a chance to look at my car and I would have to leave it overnight. They told me they were overbooked. What is the point of an appointment it it's meaningless? What a waste of time I will go elsewhere for my service needs and if you value your time you should do the same. More

I wanted to thank infiniti of beachwood for the excellent service. They brought me a loaner car and made my car repair experience wonderful.
