Linda Ross is the reason we have kept our Infinity G20 for so long. We have never been to a service department that came close to the honest and friendly help we have gotten here. She has happily given us advice and information on our non-Infinity cars. When I had a sudden problem and made it to the dealership she had me in a free loaner in 10 minutes. Any other service department from any carmaker needs to visit here to see what service really is. More

Bought 03 G35 back in 03. Issues with brakes and dealership tired to pass it off as high performance vehicle- Lier's! Got a recall notice from infinity saying they would replace brakes for 3yr/36 mi dealership tired to pass it off as high performance vehicle- Lier's! Got a recall notice from infinity saying they would replace brakes for 3yr/36 miles. Then radio/AC issues started. Was told they had no ides what the issue was but they could replace the parts for about $1,500. Did some research and found that the radio/heater circuit board was defective and a recall was in place. Went back to dealership and they told me my car was out of the recall window Aug of 2002 because it was manufactured in 10/02...two months. This dealership has a bunch of lier's and unprofessional Sales people. Especially the female with the east coast attitude. Stay away from Infinity of Kirkland their lier's and deceptive! More
