Let me start by saying I wish I could leave 10 stars because everyone went above and beyond for my family and I. A huge thank you to Meadow for selling us the Jeep! She was absolutely amazing! We went in about an hour before they close looking for a jeep that met all of our requirements, that jeep was just that. We had our 4 month old son with us and I was super nervous having him with us because I wasn’t sure how he’d do, but everyone welcomed us with open arms. My son absolutely loved Meadow and she 100% loved him back as well, she even held him for us while we were getting our affairs in order. Joy was a godsend for making the whole process easier for us. We felt so welcome being there and I plan to buy all my future vehicles from Meadow! Loved her so much! If you plan to go to Principle Infiniti of Boerne I fully recommend asking for Meadow Lopez! From the very beginning, Rocky was extremely kind and scheduled my appointment right away because my QX50 had a motor recall. The service I received was incredible they went above and beyond by giving me a loaner car, an Infiniti QX60, not the basic one but the top-of-the-line Autograph model. I couldn’t believe it. I completely fell in love with the QX60 and all of its amazing tech features. Rocky stayed in communication with me the entire time. Honestly, the experience exceeded my expectations. In my case, Principal Infiniti earned an A-plus. I hope my QX50 doesn’t give me problems now that it has a new engine, but I’m confident Principal Infiniti won’t disappoint me. I want to thank Rocky for taking such good care of me, and Laura as well for helping with the loaner car. Principal Infiniti, in my experience, truly understands what customer service is. The owners should know they have employees who go the extra mile and my experience clearly showed that. Thank you. More

Service department always works hard to ensure the we are satisfied. Francisco goes above and beyond, I always ask for him. And they always give my 5 year old a hot wheels.
