Lack of communication 2 weeks into lease my wife got a flat tire and had to pay over $300 for a new tire. Had I known, I would have bought all new tires - which would have 2 weeks into lease my wife got a flat tire and had to pay over $300 for a new tire. Had I known, I would have bought all new tires - which would have been close to that in total - then would change back to NF tires before turning in car. Finance finally decided to split the cost(there had been LOTS of mistakes and miscommunications during this lease - all others had been very smooth); I have not seen the check yet, but I'm sure that has been resolved. More
If it wasn't for my service advisor Dan Arrington I may consider going to another Infiniti dealer for service on my car. This is the second time that after Dan had left for the day and Dan Arrington I may consider going to another Infiniti dealer for service on my car. This is the second time that after Dan had left for the day and someone else was supposed to call me when my car is ready, I don't get a call and/or they can't find my car? I'm thankful for the loaner car or I would of been stuck over the long Labor day weekend. I ended up calling after hours and I believe it was a sales person that helped me (Jerry or Perry?) to find out that my key was not anywhere to be found and that the car was blocked in. He was super helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Anyways, called Dan bright and early on the following business day and he handled everything like a boss! Although my car was not washed and Dan offered to get it washed, I opted out because it had been a long day. These types of errors seem completely avoidable, in my opinion. As always, thanks Dan for taking care of me and my car! More

After the service, he explains the results and any other findings that may have been uncovered, with no exaggerations on the urgency of those other findings. I leave feeling that I have a strong understanding of the health of my Infiniti. More

The second lady was very nice and professional ( she ended up making my apt, don't know her name) but the first lady who I talked to (name started with D, don't recall whole name) was not helpful, not patient, tried to hang up while I was talking. Though in excellent condition he noted a small issue with the pa After purchasing my 2006 FX35 I took lit for an inspection by my personal mechanic. Though in excellent condition he noted a small issue with the passenger window and recommended the battery be replaced. I spoke with both Peter and Don, both being very accommodating. Peter approved an internal repair of the window and split the cost of the new battery. Don in service provided me with a loaner carand expedited the repair, calling me earlier than expected to let me know my car was washed and ready for pickup.
