Initially great, disappointed with follow up Diego was great to work with initially, when I came back to exchange some paperwork, Tiffani was also very helpful. However since then, we have been VERY disappointed w/ the response/assistance from Sam in finance. A typo in the date of our payment hasn't been fixed - and our initial call was returned a week later w/ "you need to contact infiniti directly". Why does it become our problem to deal with - our payment amount increased so we could have the date we wanted for our payment...only to not have the date actually changed in your system?! I respect and appreciate that ppl go on vacation, and am sorry that the time to make changes in the system expired b/c of that, however there must be exceptions when we tried to make that change. Since then, our calls have not been returned. Disappointed. Sam was initially easy to work with...but since then, seems to have just put us off bc his work is done. More

Worked with Jason Morton to purchase an Infiniti QX80, our very first luxury vehicle, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. We live about 2.5hrs out of the Duluth area, so we initially worked with Jaso our very first luxury vehicle, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. We live about 2.5hrs out of the Duluth area, so we initially worked with Jason via email/text. He ensured that we would not lose the vehicle that we had been searching and hoping for and that was very much appreciated. Jason greeted us as soon as we arrived and pulled the car around for us so we could test drive it. Due to COVID-19 he was not allowed to ride with us (he and the staff were wearing mask; we forgot ours), so they appraised our car while we were out on a test drive and came back with a great trade-in value. The whole family was there and Jason made sure that my two daughters were taken care of as the process of buying a car can be time consuming. Especially for young children. Our experience was probably one of the most pleasant and smoothest we've ever had and that starts with Jason. Sam with the Finance staff was great too. I visited the dealership after being treated poorly at the Lexus dealership a close by. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the building and sanitizer stations. I was very pleased to see everyone working there had a mask on and even more pleased that they all greeted very warmly. I had the pleasure of working with Clara who treated me like family while maintaining the utmost professionalism. She was warm and made me feel comfortable making my new purchase. I also had the pleasure of working with Jana. I really enjoyed working with Jana, greeted me and ensured my daughter and I were well taken care of. Again like family with amazing profesisonalism. Jana listened to all of my concerns, my budget and my wish list very patiently and made sure I got the right vehicle for my family. Jana and Clara both made the experience for my daughter and I the best I have had! I honestly had no plans on signing for a vehicle that day but after working with the two of them I felt confident to sign that day without visiting the other dealerships I had on my list. Both Clara and Jana had vast knowledge of the Infinity line up and even other makes i was considering. They were patient and I felt no pressure which made me feel very comfortable. They were both attentive to my youngest child who was shopping with me and made her feel like her opinion counted when we were selecting the vehicle; this meant a lot to the both of us. Oh, and after looking at all the vehicle options and selecting the right one for my family, my daughter was clearly exhausted. The paperwork process was so easy and everything was so efficient and things went seamlessly. The paperwork is the least fun and they made the process quick and painless! They even assured me extra precautions were taken with the cleaning of the vehicle for the safety of my daughter with regard to the virus and frequently touched surfaces. I cannot say enough about my experience. I am an avid reviewer whether it be a positive or a negative experience. This was a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend this dealership. More
