After an on-line inquiry, Darryl reached out to me and patiently corresponded with me by email (my preferred initial communication method) until I was ready to move forward with buying the car. He was proactive without buying pushy, sending me multiple detailed videos of the car so I could do a virtual walk around. Once I drove to Atlanta to see the car in person, Darryl was courteous, happy to answer all my questions, and smoothed the path to finalizing the deal.
