From the staff at the front desk when you walk in, they greet you with a smile and were very helpful. The sales process also was well done. They accommodated all of our requests and were very quick with the paperwork and finalizing the sale. Maybe 15 minutes after our initial online chat, Velko sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in, pointing out one small flaw so we knew exactly what we were driving there to see.
